Salted Caramel
If ice cream was a dress, this would be our LBD. (Always in season, and goes with everything) We start with sweet sugar--which we make into carmel. Add some milk and eggs, and a punch of salt (not a typo, we’re going for “salted” here) and voila - Salted Caramel Ice Cream. It's dark, complex, salty, sweet. Kinda like us.   

Ingredients: Ronnybrook Farm Dairy cream and milk, Red Jacket Orchard eggs, organic cane sugar, Maine sea salt, Baldwin Pure Vanilla.

Red Velvet
The best breakfast ever might just be a fat slice of red velvet cake. However, we think we might have created something even better. Like say, a fat slice of red velvet cake topped with a scoop of our Red Velvet 'scream. It's a super creamy cheesecake ice cream with chunks of red velvet cake from the alleged OG founder of red velvet, the Cakeman Raven from Fort Greene.
