Sugar on Snow
We just learned about sugar on snow and were quite taken with the name. So, as with everything we like, we turned it into an ice cream! Sugar on snow is the delicious maple candy created when hot maple syrup is poured over snow. Yum! We make our own rendition - a pint layered with a maple ice cream using Deep Mountain Maple Syrup and a sweet buttermilk ice cream.
