Pecan Pie a la Mode
We recently created a new flavor, black pepper ice cream, for the James Beard Foundation’s Brooklyn Cooks Dinner to be paired with a delicious pie. To our surprise, black pepper ‘scream was pretty compelling! So we’re doing it again, this time with pecan pie. It’s just gooey pecan pie tossed into our black pepper ice cream. Easy as pie.
Made with real sugar pumpkins, we’ve created a pumpkin ice cream with all the fixings. It’s spiced to taste just like a homemade pumpkin pie and includes some smashed graham.
