Flavors of the Month: October 2011

RedRum RedRum. 

Spooooky. But the ice cream isn't. It's our creamy, spiced red rooibos tea ice cream with chunks of rum balls custom made for MilkMade by our pals over at Baking for Good. Baking for Good is an online bakery that makes mail order cookie gifts and donates 15% of each sale to a charity of your choice. We've chosen to donate to City Harvest, New York's premier food community program.

An Out of this World Flavor

In our eyes, the harbinger of fall is the highly anticipated, long awaited arrival of concord grapes at the Greenmarket. With them, we always create a peanut butter and jelly flavor. Last year's was grape 'scream with a peanut butter swirl. This year - we have a new rendition. It's a salted peanut butter 'scream made with Saratoga Peanut Butter Co's Plain Jane, with a sweet grape swirl made with Jupiter grapes we discovered at the Greenmarket from Buzzard Crest Vineyards.
