Our 'Scream

We believe ice cream is art. Our base ingredients - dairy, eggs, and cane sugar - serve as a blank canvas onto which we can infuse any flavor, color, and even texture to create a work of art with each new pint. 

Every pint is an opportunity to turn an idea or memory into a new ice cream experience. And for us, flavor inspiration is everywhere: favorite places around town, travels abroad, nearly everything we eat, even punk rock songs.

With every new flavor, we try to outdo ourselves, straying true to what got us into the business in the first place - our quest for a better pint. 

 

MEMBERSHIP FLAVORS

Described by Members as “the best part of living in New York”, MilkMade's Monthly Membership program was the heart and soul of the original company. Every month, we created two unique and inspired ice cream experiences and delivered them right to our Members’ doors. Each flavor was exclusive to the Membership, and we never repeated a flavor. After ten years, we ended the Membership in November 2019 with Flavor numbers 213 and 214.

Our Signature ‘Screams are our best, most MilkMade flavors, as voted by our Members. These are ten distinct flavors that, each inspired by a favorite spot or memory in New York.

SEASONAL 'SCREAMS

Our Seasonal ‘Screams rotate monthly and are built around a theme. We find flavor inspiration from everything around us – what’s seasonal at the greenmarket, topical events, holiday cheer, even our favorite punk rock songs. Oh and of course, your Dream ‘Scream suggestions.
